Guides are licensed to you personally for listening. You may not re-publish, resell, or use them as commercial tour content without a written agreement — partner licensing exists for exactly that and is easy to arrange.
Guides describe public places and are for information, not safety advice. Check opening hours, tides, trail conditions and local rules before you go, and use your own judgement about where it is sensible to walk while listening.
Guides, packs and passes you buy outright remain available in your account. X-Credits do not expire and are not redeemable for cash. Memberships renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
If a guide is factually wrong or the audio is broken we will refund it. Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases; a change never affects something you already own.
If you submit a place, a script or a voice recording, you confirm it is yours to submit and you grant us a licence to publish it and to narrate it. You keep authorship credit, you earn from the listen-minute pool while it is played, and you can withdraw a voice licence — withdrawal stops new production, and existing recordings are handled as the contributor agreement sets out.
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the guides. If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and, for account holders, by email.
